Mr. M. Aslam Awan is a distinguished Advocate of the High Court and founding partner of MAACO. With more than two decades of extensive legal, corporate, and financial exposure, he is well-known for his disciplined legal approach, analytical clarity, and comprehensive understanding of multifaceted legal issues.
Before establishing his independent practice, he gained valuable experience with one of Pakistan’s premier law firms and spent over a decade in senior positions in reputable financial institutions. This unique combination of litigation and financial-sector experience enables him to offer strategic legal advisory grounded in practical commercial realities.
His primary areas of expertise include Banking Law, Corporate & Commercial Law, Taxation, Immigration, and Human Rights. He has represented major corporations, banks, SMEs, and individuals before the High Courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities. His extensive experience spans commercial disputes, company matters, tax litigation, banking recoveries, and regulatory compliance.
He is also an accomplished legal draftsman and negotiator, with significant experience in structuring commercial transactions, drafting corporate agreements, and advising on regulatory frameworks. As an academic, he has served as visiting faculty for more than a decade, teaching corporate, tax, and labour laws at leading institutions in the twin cities.
Imran Haider Bhatti

Mr. Bhatti, an Advocate of the Supreme Court, oversees the firm’s litigation department and manages high-stakes disputes across constitutional, civil, commercial, service, and regulatory matters. Muhammad Kashif Khan
